Preserving Your Stories.
Honoring Your Legacy.
Here is how my dad, better known as Grandpa Woody, brought me back to what really matters, and why I’m so deeply honored to help you preserve yours.
I can’t tell this story without getting emotional, because in a single evening, my entire perspective on life, family, and legacy completely shifted. When I saw my dad on that screen and read the moving tribute my daughter wrote the next day, it wasn't just a wonderful family moment. It was a divine reminder that our stories are the most sacred, priceless gifts we carry, and how we must be intentional about preserving them.
One Moment Changed Everything
Father's Day 2026. Summer in Minnesota means you spend time outside, so we grilled. After dinner, we went inside to watch a movie. My daughter suggested The Jazz Singer, a 1980 classic. Call it an homage to my dad because he is in the movie! It was a small role, but there he was, on the big screen.
Watching him up there, it was no longer just a dream, and he was no longer an extra lost among hundreds of extras. He was in the opening scene in a Hollywood film with Sir Laurence Olivier and Neil Diamond!
Looking at him on that screen, I thought about all the extraordinary stories and purpose we carry inside us. The ones set aside for responsibility. The origin stories of businesses built with grit and conviction. The quiet faith that sustains a life. The priceless family memories we assume will just, somehow, pass down on their own.
My dad’s generation didn't often pursue their dreams. But today? Everything is different.
People are stepping out of corporate boxes. Families are prioritizing sacred connections over the hustle. Leaders are honoring their roots. The world is finally hungry for real, heartfelt stories.
The next day, I read my daughter’s LinkedIn post honoring my dad. She wrote about divine calling, preserving memories, and honoring family legacy. In that moment, everything changed. Thank you for the best Father's Day gift ever: seeing Grandpa Woody through your eyes, and reminding me why this work matters.
All my years of working with business owners and executives, and guiding client narratives, were simply preparation for this moment.
Helping people uncover their authentic voice, preserve their sacred journeys, and hand down a lasting legacy isn't just what I do. This is my calling. And I’m so blessed and honored to share it with you.
